It's a periscope viewfinder adapter, I can't tell which camera it is from but it must be of the fixed viewfinder type like a TK11/31

The Kestler bit is just the manufacturer of the box.

I asked Bobby Ellerbee about this and he did not know what it is from. A look at Don Lee Television cameras from the west coast do not show it as an attachment.
