Admiral Bakelite 20X122 $100 BIN eBay!

This looks great for $100, you have to pick it up in Waupaca, WI though.

A lone bidder got it for just $50. I'm jealous.

It's in my garage now! When Eric posted the link, I thought I'd lose it to someone else, having added it to my watch list earlier. Missing the back, but the cabinet is the best preserved one of these I'd ever seen. The seller was Hansen's TV in Waupaca, and they told me they had it working and on display in their old building through the 1970's. Looks untouched since then, everything inside has a nice even coat of dust on it.

Nice I'm glad it's in good hands.
I was mighty tempted to make the 8 hr drive to get it myself. I've seen them go for over $500 recently.

The seller said he had someone interested from the Detroit area, and wanted him to meet halfway (near Chicago). Seller didn't want to get involved with transporting it. Lucky for me!

Huh. Another one just went for $51 in St Louis.
There's one near me on CL for $400. Location, location, location.
