Anyone really gonna pay 20K for that radio?

No affiliation. Hard to imagine any radio being able to fetch that much. And Australian dollars are roughly equal to American dollars nowadays. At least it works, or so they say. For that much, it better work!

I am imagining the person that would pay thousands for that to be one of those characters a wierd movie would portray as old and hateful towards all others who will listen to classical music while dancing in the nude like a balerina until he finds his next young victem to suk blood from. I never watch such movies but have seen a scene or two and can fill in the blanks with my vivid imagination.
That is just the impression I get when I look at it as to me it looks as ugly as my story. I suppose others think my '72 RCA home entertainment center looks that ugly as it was called "gothic" looking but this cheesy looking radio is my idea of what "gothic" really looks like.
I would love to know how much it actually sells for. I understand such crappy, freaky looking things sell for 2, 3K or more to wierd old balerina vampire men I assume.

I seem to remember a similar set selling for a few thousand at an AWA meet about 10 or so years ago. Hard to tell where prices went since, or if that one sold.
