What in the heck is this? Deft Laboratories Image Processing Module
Got this from a ham radio guy in my neighborhood who’d passed a couple months ago. I’ve dug it up and I wanna decide what to do with it. I have no idea how it’s supposed to work.

I discovered a paper that seems to describe work on this device for the Department of Defense:
https://apps.dtic.mil/sti/tr/pdf/ADA091840.pdf It has somethnig to do with two-dimensional Fourier transforms of infrared images. DEFT stands for Direct Electronic Fourier Transform. |
