Building my own CRT chassis, need advice

So, I've decided to build my own black and white chassis, based around the TEA2037A IC.

Got the HV Working, and the deflection partially working. Here's where I'm having issues. Horizontal works, but the vertical is very noisy, and not a smooth raster. What fo I need to do to fix this?

Seems that the H freq is out... if signal (video) are being injected.

This is a really neat project! I have a 5" Sony Watchman that I would love to convert into a raster/vector monitor. The only other thing I've seen like it is Eric Schlaepfer's CRT driver board (tubetime.us) but that's for electrostatic deflection tubes.

No comment on your sense of humor though... hah

This is without video injected, but when I connect video, it displays the same. I'll look into adjusting the H frequency

Yeah, I add this silkscreen to all my boards. Had a spare tube, and didn't want to have it sit around unused... so I thought I'd try and roll my own chassis.

How much does it cost to build this chassis?

+1 for own personal projects, cool
Seems to have even a linearity coil

BTW; maybe a interference in the H (making the lines jittery), or V circuit, like you first suspected, also, is good to check

Not sure the total cost as most of my parts are salvaged from other busted electronics. The board though cost around $20 from JLCPCB, for 5 blank boards.

Could be that. I'll check next time I'm at my bench. Supposed to have a blank raster, like if you removed the tuner from a TV set.
