The Silver Glo CRT Company.

Looks like they are Canadian and are still around? or were in 2009.

Edit, the box my tube came in says Indianapolis Indiana on it, maybe they moved?

Try emailing and ask if they'll still honor their one year warranty.

Include a picture of the tube box and your set playing.
How can they resist, their name is on the box

This was my grandfather's, then uncles and dad's company in Indianapolis

When I was a kid I would play in the office while my dad and uncle worked on tubes in the labyrinth of a back area.

The building is a strip club now (and has been for a long time now)

(Responding to a two-month-old post, that responded to a near-thirteen-year-old topic...)

This company name "Silver-Glo" seems very familiar, something like a family member came on this forum (or ARF) with a fairly big stock of unsold CRTs, perhaps ten to fifteen years ago, and the discussion got far enough for one or more people to buy CRTs from the old stock, and report that they worked well in the set(s) they were put in. And, Indiana versus Canada seems correct, too.

Maybe the discussion can be found in a search?
