Interesting Picture which generates a couple of thoughts !
Was the old gun able to produce a set of beams while the vacuum held ? Or was this a test of being able to draw down the tube and have the vacuum hold? Or both? If it did produce a beam, any idea how long was it in a gone to air environment? Thanks Charles ! Bob Hodge
