Sears am fm TV Sanyo

TV seams to work am fm doesn't.
I have work the selector am fm tv back and fourth no change.
Antenna rod is Broke so I attached long wire with alligator clip.
Under Sam's they just list copy of manufacture.
564 model so it's a sanyo.
Tried various searches using sanyo am fm TV portable..not finding anything like it.
Sanyo may not had one like it.
On the model 564.50380700 the 5038 is underlined. Any meaning?
Serial 22238588 part of that date code?
Maybe 222. 1972 22 week?
Anyone with any info
I have the power cord which is a plus which uses the 2 pins left side..3 pins on right
Side DC both bottom and top are negative opens when switched by the cord

Definitely early 80s.I have the identical tv that my future wife and I enjoyed as we toured across Canada for 3 months (in my DIY camperised van) in 1981. Got it from a buddy a week before we left for $10 broken.fixed a cracked board and it still works! It was great to watch the local news as we traveled and found out about a lot festivals, events we never would have known without this 12 volt tv. RonL

Thanks for all the replies .
It would be nice to know about disassembly
The bottom comes off and the rest is .
attached to the top.
Top has sides.
I sprayed cleaned several times selector switch.
And it could be the switch .
Sometimes when I switch to am comes on then fades away
Like it made contact temporary. Couple times
When turn to am made normal am noise ,I tried to tune and it fade away.
Hopefully it's a power supply issues on main board.

Attach part numbers of the main board, tuner board ,tuner all sango type numbers
