Rca tm-41

From my pile, I have an RCA TM-41 video modulator ("Monitran") I need to get out of my hair. This is a 19" rackmount unit, maybe 4U high. I have no idea if it works.

Anyway, cheap! Located in 10512.

Do you have specs? I'm looking for something like a Blonder Tongue AM-60 series modulator. Basically to do low power modulation within a small area on channels the lower channels (anywhere between 2-13) from an AV source.
