Vizio D50-F1 backlight dead

Is the led strips most likely suspect or the board that controls them. Can faintly see image on screen.

If you've got voltage going up to the panel, yes, its most likely an open LED. Probably 2 LEDs are bad. One will be shorted and one will be open.
