I'm inclined to say the knobs look like Zenith. I brightened up the photo, looks like a late 70's solid state Zenith 21" or 23" b/w.

Could it be an early '80's color Zenith mod 1908?

I have one like that.. A nice chassis, flat-type, tranny powered. Has 3 modules in it, and a stick hv-rect. MUCH better than the one that followed. 19fb12, IIRC.
