Zenith L2150 Schematic needed

I picked up this set a few weeks ago and completed cataract repair. I fired it up and it has a raster but will need some work. I have looked and can't find a schematic. I did find that it appears to be in SAMS 655-3 TV but before i buy it I thought Id ask if anyone new of another source.

Zenith pictures

I think I shared some photos of it in the link

I found something close in the Bietmans 1964 TV. It is a 14k20 chassis TV but uses a 16avp4 crt vice the 19dbp4 that mine uses. It is different model number K1620B2/l2/y2.

At this time Zenith chassis numbers are like this.
14K20
14= number of tubes
K= model year
20 is just a series number. The higher it is the better the set.
Since your model is an L model year it used last years chassis.

Best to find an original Sams, the quality is best. The new copies
usually suck. You can watch E-Bay for OEM manuals also. A lot
get listed & the bonus is most the time others are included.

73 Zeno
LFOD !

BTW I checked my Sams & I barely have any that old

I think you will have to get an original SAMs issue of the service data.
I believe the company has kept the copyright on anything more recent that 1962. You can get a pre-owned printing of one, but reproductions are not allowed. That's why you won't find any pdfs online.
In other words you can get a copy (like a copy of the newspaper or book), but not a copy (as in reproduction).
You could either go to the official SAMs site or use this one.

EDIT: I thought of something to add.
Quite some time ago when I was first starting to work on vintage TVs I paid for a download from the SAMS site. I think it was for a 1954 set.
The pdf was blurry in spots, I was disappointed. Sometime later I was talking to someone local that also works on TVs and that had had the same thing happen to him. Seems to me when you order a download they have someone just throw their file copy into an automatic scanner. He had contacted them and had them redo the scan. (Why didn't I think of that!) I don't know if you order a hardcopy from them now that they don't just scan the file copy and print that out to ship (charging more).
Moral of the story is; just because it is their info you might not get a good copy from them!

The recent ones I've bought have been good quality scans; in many cases someone has gone through and cleaned up any blurry or low-contrast areas to make them easier to read.

Also should probably point out that there is a guy in the UK who sells scans of original manuals, Beitmans, Riders, and others, as well as some Sams, for $2.50 a pop. I have no idea about the legality of these. https://thecodemachine.co.uk/Schemat...-1965.TV23.jpg
