17A485459 ballast Motorola TS-18 Television

Anyone have one of these ballast tubes? It doesn't have to be good, I prefer it dead but intact. Going to rebuild for a 7" Motorola.

Thank You;

Lee

I got a complete restored set. All I have is the black base but not the screen that covers the resistors.

The octal base can be scrounged off any fully pinned metal octal tube. Unfortunately I have acquired fewer sets with a ballast than without (my guess is if it went bad after going NLA the owners would keep it out of the set until loosing it). Theoretically if you are installing new guts in one any similar ballast at least as big should work as a shell.

Yeah, I know all that. I want one with the cage intact.

Thanks;
