19ct1 conversion/pick-up

OK; The pick-up was saturday, it was still sitting in the barn next to cows/chickens and alot of hay, I owner said it was here when he bought the place and that the prior did have a collection of radios and tvs, their is 1 21FP??? there and he would sell it if some one is interested. the chassis is in bad shape and I need some instructions on how to restore the copper plating(see pics) . thanks, chip

OK: His name is Keith and he is located in Manheim PA 1 717-318-4244 I don't think he wants to ship the tube.
