Looks good Jim, Glad you got that replacement cloverleaf. That should stop the thing from slipping every time the set gets moved around. That was my favorite Zenith, it's fun to see someone else playing with it. That set is the first one I decided to re-stuff electrolytic cans on. It's also the only roundie to show up in Kenosha since I was a kid (that I've found). I missed some good ones then. Did you try to touch up the burst amp coil yet? I did once but it seems to have drifted since, might want to check resistors in the area.

I haven't touched up the burst amp coil yet. Quite honestly, I just don't know where it is.

The coil is located by the 6EW6 Burst amp tube.
EDIT: Please be careful with the slugs as you already know. And don't use a metal tool, get an alignment tool from Rat shack or something. The Rat shack tool works but won't fit well, Zenith made a special tool for the chroma coils. Just wiggle it gently and it should fit. The coil is IIRC, is A23 on the sams. It's about two inches from the 6EW6.
