My new conversation piece

Just figured I'd drop this here to share with all regarding the new conversation piece I picked up recently

Originally came from some X-ray equipment but this is probably the most appropriate sub-forum for it.

Apparently filament current is 5v at about 15A... yikes. I'd love to see it glowing but that's gonna take one heck of a power supply.

Run it from an old ATX PC power supply. Those usually have a robust 5v output. I have a 380w here, it's rated 5v 20A.
