Hi Larry,

Long time no see, I may have a flyback you could make use of, but I believe it’s from a later chassis so you may need to do some kludging to make it work with the 5 chassis. The benefit though would be you’ll have no shortage of high voltage anymore, something which plagued the 5. May also require a yoke swap, but there are plenty of those around.

Are you sure it’s bad? I’ve never seen a bad 5 fly but anything is possible.
