Anyone know if this best buy brand comes apart? Took all screws out,and wall mounting bracket, even lifted up.back labels looking for hidden screws Set is1 1/2 yrs old no picture..led flashingb5 times so I want to.look at the power supply board. Last edited by Doug; 06-14-2025 at 09:02 PM. |

Sometimes the back panel has plastic clips that hook in at the edges where the front and back meet (like most remotes) and you have to pry them apart...

I did get it apart
set has sound no picture. there is 58v at the led dive connector. this set has 10 leds back lighting none come on. I assume the 58v is correct appreciate the reply |

Could have a bad LED. Most are series wired and if one goes bad, they all go out.

Yep, LED. Since the LEDs are a high failure item, I'm surprised the manufacturers didn't make them more service-able.
You may have more than one defective. What happens is one shorts out, the current goes higher and then burns out another one. I've developed a new fondness for CCFL sets.
