I'd say 1949. Rectangular started appearing in 1950-51

The postcard appears to be from 1949 as the radio TV console on the left hand side was a midline, admiral big 16 magic mirror TV, which was offered in 1949 and 1 of the first rectangle screens. If I remember right, I believe the model number started with a 29
