Zenith 8S463 frustration..schematic errors?

I'm working on an 8S463 Zenith that was a barn rescue of all things. The electrolytics for the power supply had been replaced with caps that are 50's era from the best I can figure, but had no resemblence to what the schematic shows as far as connections. A botched repair is why this thing may have been retired to begin with.

On the Ryder's Zenith 11-23, the crisscrossing lines are leaving me cross-eyed. I tried comparing with the similar 7S487 schematic, but it's exactly the same in illegibility. I can't tell where there are connections or crossovers for the intersecting lines.

For example, do C22 (16uF) and C23 (6uF) both connect to the multisection resistor endpoint, or does C23 cross over and connect exclusively to the line that goes to the CT of the power transformer? Using the 2nd method, I can only get 64V on the plate of the 6F5. I have proper voltages on the 6F6G (according to what the Sylvania tube manual specifies for that tube), but it all falls apart on the 6F5G. The voltage on R11 (220k) is something like 315V on one side, but only 64V on the 6F5G side. I've disconnected C14 (the radiorgan connection) and removed anything upstream from the circuit that might alter what I'm seeing on the 6F5.

I'm totally going blind deciphering the Ryder's. Anyone have a "junk" 5808 chassis they could reference?

Thank you!
