What tv used the 1AY2 hv rectifier?

Does anybody know what sets used the 1AY2 rect.This tube
has an unusual base of only 2 pins.It looks like it could fit
into a nine pin miniature socket if you enlarge the center hole
in the socket to make room for the exhaust tip.
