Found a CTC-4

Well I don't believe it. On my way home from work I saw a CTC-4 on the side of the road. It was in rough shape, but the insides seemed ok. Sadly I couldn't fit it in my Caprice's trunk or back seat.

So I get home, grab a truck, get out there, and......................it's gone...

I missed out on a roundie! Just because, ironically, my big car couldn't hold it.
