I would greatly appreciate any help that could be given me in identifying this lens The label reads as follows:

Industrial TV-Zoomar Mark IV
U.S. Pat. 2,924,146
F/2 - 17mm to 70mm
F/2.8 - 30mm to 125mm

serial # is 701383

Lens was manufactured by Zoomar of Glen Cove, N.Y.

Although I can find plenty of information on other types of Zoomar lenses, I have been unable to find any on this particular one.
