Shared creative space

I have moved to southern CA from Virginia near Wash DC. I have 90+ TVs still in storage in Virginia. I sold my 5 bedroom house and bought a 2 bedroom condo in Seal Beach so I will only have room for 2-3 tvs in the condo. I am now looking for creative space in the Long Beach CA area. Creative space is now becoming popular because of robotic hobbiest and people interested in making things using computer controlled fabricators. It has been popular in the past for artists (painters, sculpters etc) and musicians (practice rooms, recording studio etc.), video hobbiest and car collectors. If anyone is interested in this sort of thing give thoughts here or PM me.
