Crosley 828 Transformer replacement.

I was given a crosley model 828-M floor model radio from 1938 for Christmas.
I brought it up slowly on the Variac on Christmas day. I got a horrible, smoky smell from the power transformer and the 5y3 heaters were very dimly lit. Checked the power transformer voltages on the socket of the 5y3 and they were all wrong. I just now have the time to restore this radio due to previous projects. I am trying to source a new power transformer replacement and think I may have found one but I would like to hear from the folks over here at VK. I stumbled across a thread on antique radio forms mentioning that this model uses a 350-0-350v transformer. This is what I think will do the job https://www.tubesandmore.com/products/P-T273DZ Is this a suitable replacement? I have done some investigating around the radio and the replacement seems to be correct. Your thoughts?
