Anyone in Chicago? CTC11 needs some help.

A buddy of mine recently bought a pretty nice blonde CTC11 and is looking for someone to recap and give it a tuneup. It was powered on and producing a bright snowy raster when he bought it.

I'm too far away to be able to help, and already reached out to our two main Chicago guys but no time/availability.

Anyone?
