Hi Guys..... You guys are going the wrong way..... You know the voltage on Pin 9 of V21
is measured correctly is way off.... That grid is biased so high as to capture the burst
signal, and it's way off..... If you guys did the AFC alignment as in the sams, and you
finish with rainbow bars, then it's time to stop. And if you got the peak deflection
(which as Timmy says is the highest voltage, then you are done there for now).

V21 - Pin 3 Voltage is low - Why? Check C118, disconnect one side & see if voltage
goes up, you don't have to replace it.

Check everything that leads to Pin 9 of V21, Backtrack through stuff that goes to
that pin..... Something going on there.....

I believe at this point you guys have a running Color Osc. and as long as you have the
cool rainbow stuff on the screen it's working, time to go someplace else.... I think
the burst signal is being blocked from reaching the Osc. & properly syncing it.
So you have to go back. A while ago Timmy said the top & bottom of the
screen was black, or dark, That's also a clue - not the color osc.

What are the voltages on V4 Pin 3, 2 & 1?

What are the voltages V19 Pin 1, 9, & 8?

Whenever you have problems, Always make your first step voltage checks.....
