ANADEX CF-700 Frequency Counter

I have a 1973 vintage ANADEX CF-700 frequency counter that I'm looking for some info on maybe a schematic. It uses the old Beckman Panaplex display tubes and a handful of 74xx logic, it works but the input sensitivity is roughly 0dbm on the 0.1 to 1GHz port above about 80 MHz and not responding on the low 5 Hz to 100 MHz port. Got it as a gift from my Elmer when I was 13 (1982) so I don't want to junk it out but I'm having a really hard time finding anything on it. Anyone point me in the direction of a schematic?

Thanks in advance.
