What to do??

Recapped CTC7 set as had old paper caps. Color is too saturated and off in color---- color and hue controls work, does TV need color section alignment???? I have the equipment and have never done this. Easy to do or leave job for TV repairman??? I don't have bench jig for this, can this be readily done with chassis in cabinet??, Does TV chassis need to be hooked up to CRT & Yoke to create proper signals??? Should O-scope be used??? Contrast control affects video signal and cuts it off leaving a dull grey/partly white raster. Suggestions??
