Or do what I do...Rescue a worthy veteran waif from the local Aunty-Q Emporium, take it to Terry, have him re-cap it, & enjoy ! Still prolly get out for cheaper than that dern thing...

They just had a similar kit at Ollie's bargain outlet-it used a single tube, and it lacked that horn, but the idea was very much the same. I think it was thirty bucks. I was tempted, but since one can potentially get a much much better tube radio for the money, I didn't bother.
