Philco 50T-1403 CODE 121

Looking for the tube lay-out for a 50T1403 code 121 .It must be a 121. The other codes are different.Thanks for any help.Riders and sams show the other codes 123,125 .......A pic of the label would be great!

I *just* got done restoring this exact set. Make sure you check (or preferably) replace that candohm resistor.....rated at 5K 8W.
