Montgomery ward JSJ 10664 VCR

Hi
I bought this at goodwill today for $12 I probably paid too much for it they wanted $25 for it but today was half price.

it has a tape stuck inside it
does anyone know what size belts it takes
the flat belt on the bottom is loose
does anyone have a remote or front door for it?
if you have any other info on it
let me know thanks

Stereo. Nice. But the question is: what brand is inside?

My dad had one similar to that back in the early 1990s, His was not that good though, that one looks to have 4 heads and HiFi audio, my dad's was 2 head with linear audio.

This model shows it's a 2-head Hi-Fi stereo model.

Hi, welcome back... If the manufactured date shows September 1985 year at the back, it's the newer mechanism chassis, and the loading belt is broken and needs to be replaced. It's located at the far-left corner near the power supply area.

There was an older Sharp VCR version made in 1983-1984 year that used geared-driven loading motor instead, and this one was more-reliable and lasted a lifetime.

Yes, 2 video heads with 2 audio Hi-Fi heads. The clone model of Montgomery Ward JSJ-10664 is Sharp VC-5F5U.

There is a higher-end Sharp VC-5F7U (see photo) that comes with real 4 video heads and 2 Hi-Fi audio heads. It must show "VI4" at front of the VCR, indicating 4 real video heads.

Reminds me of the 1984 Stereo Mistubishi HS-400UR which had 2 video heads and 2 hi-fi heads.
