RCA 1960 color and B&W TV marketing films

Actually, no restoration, but a small amount of DC coupling.
One interesting thing though - it looks to me like the contrast control is arranged to keep black level approximately constant as contrast is adjusted.

Where does the flip up set contain the electronics?

Also, the sales film was done by Jam Handy - they were well known back then.

I’m amazed they didn’t say “color TV” ever 5 seconds. If you ever read RCA’s Broadcast News, it was like there was a $5 bounty on those words…
