D5-100 crt and pilot tv37
Was wondering if the D5-100 b&w crt would work in a pilot tv wired up correctly and try to match high voltage and make up a heater voltage of .55v this crt is rectangular and if a form of magnifier can be used to increase the size of the picture enough to fit the mask of the tv itself without loosing any detail in the picture itself , would be quite unusual if it would work. I’m not positive but I think the crt used 2000 volts, and I think the pilot uses 2500 for the 3kp1 or 4. The idea is if the horizontal and vertical can be adjusted to fit the tube itself. I have 2 of these crts why not try something with them rather then an oscilloscope clock. The pilot hv can be lowered by moving the band on the hv rectifier to maybe match that of what the D5-100 needs.
