Ways to insulate the two pins for power cord? (Pictured)

While working on replacing the carbon comp resistors in this area of my old tube tv, the material holding these pins stable and separated crumbled. They’re pins that plug into the power cord, and the material used seemed to be similar to the kind used in phenolic PCBs. I’m curious if there’s an alternative that I can use and install to serve the same purpose… I have some 1/8” MDF lying around, but I know with moisture that isn’t the best insulator. Any recommendations?

Pics of the pins and the material that crumbled below:

Welp, looks like that listing sold out, so if anyone has a suggestion that’s a little cheaper and only lists one vs. a pack, that’d be highly appreciated! (So 1 for $5 vs. 5 for $20 if you catch my drift.)

PM me about this time next week (not going to have time to dig up and mail one before then). I've got a good used one I'd let go for $5 plus postage.

By all means go with KVflyers part. I only stepped up because I could and thought someone should.

For small parts like this try to find an old Workman catalogue.
below is overpriced example.
https://www.ebay.com/itm/155422269961
They used to repackage a lot of common OEM parts. If nothing else
you can get more part ##'s to search for.

speaking of documents and such...
I found my long lost "bible"
https://www.google.com/imgres?q=prac...BuIQM3oECHUQAA

My dad had a copy when I was a kid, and I read it from end to end over and over till it fell apart and was tossed.
My new copy just came, $10!
