No more HV or focus tubes necessary, maybe some work yet BUT we got 21 kV without 6BK4 connected. The cathode current was about 150 ma, less load on fly its a win-win! The focus tap was pure luck, when I first got HV the focus dialed right in as it was the right value tap on tripler, it was grounded of course.

The money shot, though sync locked on video just long enough to show color is working - This is when I turned it off then on 5 more times to make sure I wasn't dreaming - I was amazed
