Thought this might be relevant.
![]() Don’t fret, not another gut job. This is from Colin Maclagan’s collection, Tucson Arizona. Colin is a collector/restorer of classic television. Colin sent me photos of his restoration project, a 1950’s era Natalie Kalmus Black and white television. ![]()

Becasue cats suck!
"But Why?" I'll tell you why....because they are cat people. Disgusting animals that shit and piss in your house instead of outdoors where it belongs.
Our Collies are intelligent and devoted companion animals. And they never shit or piss in our home!

Then, there's the dog owners that seldom pick up the dog stools in their yard. The landscaper says, they're not going to cut tenants grass unless it's picked up. My cats use the litter pan. The cats do their part, mine is to keep it clean! |

We both love dogs and my wife wants a dog in the worse way, but we both work. Dogs hate being away from people. Give a cat some food, water, a clean litter box, and it won't care if it doesn't see you for weeks. Hell, you can provide an automatic water feeder, food dispenser, and a self cleaning litter box and you can take a vacation for a week and not worry about cats. Dogs are far more a commitment. John |

Natile Kalmus: "if it wasn't for me you'd be watching that on a color TV"

The set this moron ruined looks to be the Lock Haven model. CTC-5 Super chassis. What I noticed is the "color" script is still on the escutcheon after the set was gutted. All the 5s I've ran into so far either have "color" silk screened on the back side of the safety glass or nothing at all. I assume in this case the safety glass is gone, so did RCA also use block letters on some CTC5 models similar to the 7s and 9s?

SpaceAge has the right idea, and it should be followed-through. Who will take it upon themselves to make it happen?

SpaceAge does have the right idea. Another thing that helps, that I do all the time, is when you're posting about something, actually type out the make and model number and all that stuff. If you type Moto instead of Motorola, when somebody searches google for 'Motorola' your post will NOT show up! Matter of fact, it won't even show up in the forum search. Jargon is fine, but it's good practice to actually type it out pertinent information for realzies at least once in the thread or post.
