I would if I could. Seems like they installed the tuner first then mounted a bunch of stuff around it including the CRT support structure. The result is two screws are nearly impossible to access.

How did you get that chassis so clean looking new ?

I didn't do much. I just wiped down the topside with CLR. The underside of the chassis has a solid metal cover that kept everything clean.
