Nice set. Its a later model roundie from '66 according to the model number. Its a UHF set, you can see the two 300 ohm ribbon leads attached to the antenna terminals on back of the set. Must be concentric UHF VHF tuners giving it the VHF only look. Cudahy is not too far of a drive for me. Its under 100 miles, just outside milwaukee.
Is there a tube chart missing on the HV cage? Looks like some kind of residual adhesive. However, I see a wire to the crt is supported where the chart would be, so perhaps it wasnt there in the first place? Some kind of card off to the left side of the HV cage. Cant be the tube chart as the flyback terminals would be in the way. Perhaps its a service tag?

Even though im in the process of trying to give away some sets, Id like to save this one. Admiral and motorola sets are hard finds. The set even uses those little metal spring clips to hold the back on just like the moto's, which means there are no worn or missing screws etc. to deal with that hold the back on.
