I think that is a CTC-9 "Anniversary" model.

Hi Kevin;
I'm not 100% sure, but I believe the crt is the original RCA tube (21CYP22). It is an RCA tube, that much is still printed on the socket. While working on the set I took a good look at the tube and couldn't find the number. I'm thinking maybe it was stamped on the neck and was removed by accident at some point. I saw no evidence that the tube had ever been replaced. It was a very lazy tube and took a long time to come around when I first began this project. I was concerned that I would need to locate a replacement, but once it woke up...there was just no stopping it. Bob

Keep this in your mind! This seems to be very common with tired tubes of this age!

Bob,

The 21CYP22A, a glass tube, would have the dual high voltage connectors, with a resistor between them, on the bell of the tube.
