Ok, I'm once again trying to align my RCA KCS-117A chassis set. The Sams says you need a 'demodulator probe' for the oscilloscope. What the HECK is one of these thingies, and does anyone know how i can make one, or buy one?
Thanks!

I think it just uses a diode to rectify the RF off of the signal, like the detector in a radio. It probably uses a capacitor to isolate the detector from the test circuit, and a diode...I am not sure if it is a shunt or series connected diode.
I looked on Google Groups and there seems to be some more info. there. |

Search under "Heathkit Demodulator Probe" on Google. You'll probably find what your looking for.
