How many of you are watching the game on an old TV set?
Here's my RCA 21T8395 with the Yankee Bosox ALCS game 4. The horiz osc circuits get unstable after about 3 hours of use, so I'm going to have to fix that sometime. All caps were recapped. New set, old set, the Sox will still choke.

Being an ex-NYer and having spent the better part of my recent visit to Boston hopelessly lost......I say GO YANKS!
The exit sign at Logan airport might as well say "This way to nowhere" Anthony |

Wow, I thought I was the only one. My mom sat in here and watched a good chunk of the game too.
21" RCA kcs117A chassis. Held up real nice, actually, it got *better* through the series - maybe there was some moisture or junk in the vertical section that needed to get boiled out? And Fox comes in real well, so it was a truely nice picture. I wish I had my Bendix up here with a rebuilt CRT though. That set can REALLY perform. Not bad for something that sat out in a guy's driveway under a tarp for three years (!) The RCA's pretty good too, though. Oh well, at least we can all watch the Sox fall on their faces in the World's series
