IIRC, the 11 came with the cyp or the bfp originally depending on how early or late in the production run. I would suspect that if you have an FJ it was a replacement at a later time done by a service technician.

Not uncommon...mine has a rebuilt tube with bonded face, and a safety glass. A nice things about these sets is they can use a wide variety of crt's.
