Gudday all,
Just finished watching The Hour and have to say I was very impressed with the representation of period broadcast equipment. ![]() Anyone on here care to comment of the source of the Pye cameras, pedestals, and other 'starring' equipment? Anyone care to put make/model numbers to same? Being a nitpicker when it comes to historical dramas using the wrong props, the only queries I have are: [A] the selection of prime lenses on the turret cameras looked too long and thin [i.e. small-iris telephoto?] for studio use, [B] the boardroom TV was very small compared with lounge room sets in middle-class people's houses. Other opinions? I enjoyed the series. Compliments of the season to all |
