if its like every other RCA and Clone, check those jumper wires that run along the top of the chroma board. I have had several that corrode and break right at the board. goes to the big power resistors in the chroma circuit. Also I would bet the .01 brown drop that is between the 6GU7 and the power resistor is weak. Not that it has to be replaced but I would replace it anyway.
