OK, I thought that might be the case. When I used Aerodag G it didn't stick very well either, but not as bad as you describe. I can easily scrape it off with fingernail but it stays on if I rub it with a fingertip. I think its just finely powdered graphite suspended in a solvent with no real bonding agent.

I think I used lacquer thinner to clean the glass or maybe it was acetone. Make sure you shake it very well and try a thicker coat/multiple coats. I ended up using more than half a can on a 12LP4.
