Ikegami monitor HTM2005R

I have one of these here at work (A TV station) and it has vertical problems (I think). I acquired the schematic and replaced several capacitors around the vertical circuit. No improvement. Has anyone seen a similar problem? Is this something other than vertical? I'm stumped.

(I also posted this mistakenly on the AudioKarma site..)

On the old TRS-80 model 4, the screen would look like that if the contrast was turned all the way up. I don't know if that helps, hehe...

I would guess this has a vertical interval setting to expand the vertical blanking period so you can see the sync pulses. You may have it accidentally set to expand mode, or there may be a malfunction causing it to expand when it shouldn't.
