Grundig AM tuning capacitor

working on a grundig 3045 and someone monkeyed with the am tuning capacitor at some point , its bent up , i've tried helping it but can't seem to get anywhere , i think once the blades have been messed up its shot unless someone else has any ideas.

anyone have a junk grundig radio that they could part with one since i can't get anywhere with this one ? it doesn't have to be the same model number
