Trying to find out the year this tv was made

I have a sylvania halo light tv model 21C09W. I can't seem to find the year this model was made or the model name. Any info would be appreciated. Also I am looking for the sams photofact for this tv, (477-2).

Photofact 477 is early 1960, so I would guess that the set is a 1959 or 1960 .

I would say 1958 or 59. I have a 58 Sylouette with the same mask. My 1960 Sylouette has a different mask and a 23"CRT instead of a 21".
