What I would do is connect all neg leads from each cap in each can together soldered, and run a wire soldered to them to a spot on the chassis that already has a cut out where ground leads are already solder too...

That is what I have done the cap leads were not long enough so I soldered some excess capacitor leads to the neg leads and then soldered that wire to a ground tab
